Last Friday, I went to HighLander which is situated in Clarke Quay. Nice and unique decoration and so-so performance by the band. If you are a fan of country songs, this maybe the place for you. I din have much food, just some desserts & drinks, so i can't comment much on their food. The uniform of the waiters captured my attention, it's rather cute, a checkered skirt with black socks all the way to the knee.

The place is packed with ang mohs. Me and my friends felt like we were in a pub in a foreign country...

Look at that! Which is the female & which is the male? The waiters worn skirts, and they assume that the men in the house are suppose to wear skirts. I contemplate for quite awhile. Interesting..

Cranachan.

Oats soaked in whisky and served in a tall glass with a raspberry and whisky coalis. Sue said this looks like vomit.. Haha..

Drambuie Cream Peach Trifle

Modern version of this classic trifle dish, rich with rasperries, peaches and drambuie. Looks nice, but the taste is mediocre.

English Breakfast. I love the saucer and cup. Quaint, isn't it?
